I was standing in line for burgers at Cosmic Ray’s when I heard a happy commotion from the next bay over: Someone was announcing birthdays for Guests wearing their celebration buttons. This tall, enthusiastic fellow called out the birthdays of a couple of kids who were turning 4 and 7, and I saw their faces light up with joy. “This guy,” I thought, “gets a postcard.”

Zach, it’s my pleasure to have made your acquaintance. Even after a long day, you shine with élan. You are a true asset to Disney.
