We had already discovered that Pizzafari is a beautiful restaurant, but your tour turned it into a full-fledged Disney attraction. We had simply dropped in for breakfast, expecting a pleasant but unremarkable counter-service meal—but by the time you had shown us everything, we could have turned around and left Animal Kingdom as delighted as if we had seen every ride and show in the park.

You’re wonderful, Jean, and I’m sure you’ve earned that Partners in Excellence award many times over.
