After thanking you for welcoming me to Seabase in 2007, I’ve thought many times about my postcard on your desk, and I had been hoping I’d get the chance to give you a new one. I’m delighted that our paths crossed again. Epcot is a place of optimism, and I feel even more optimistic knowing you’re one of the people who keep it running.

Innoventions, like the Living Seas, was too dark for pictures—so here’s a new photo of Spaceship Earth, taken from my favorite spot in the world.
