I’d heard that Southwest was a great airline, but my experience flying to Orlando and back on other carriers over the years had instilled in me a hefty skepticism. I was delightedly surprised to find that my first flight on Southwest was the most enjoyable airplane ride I’ve ever had.

The flight back home was nice, but not nearly as much of a joy as traveling with you. Thank you, Cindy, Dawn, and the rest of the crew, for making air travel a pleasure.
