It was the first morning of my visit at Walt Disney World, I was buying breakfast at Old Port Royale, and you were at the register with another nice Cast Member named Ken. When you saw I was using the Dining Plan, you let me know I was entitled to an extra drink with my meal—and when I asked if I could pick up a bottle of water to bring to the parks, you immediately went and got it for me. That little bit of help made me feel really special, and I had a great day and a wonderful stay.
