You were the first person with a Disney Cast Member pin I encountered on my vacation, and you set the tone just right: friendly and completely helpful with a good sense of humor.

I don’t remember anything about my Magical Express check-in when I visited in early December last year (well, I do remember it was mobbed by Pop Warner), but you got this vacation off to a memorably good start, and I was glad to write out my first postcard to you.
